How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

I like to meet the clients, along with one of our experienced knowledge chefs and a selection of possible menu options to start the discussion. Once we have an idea of what the customer likes, we can offer an up to date seasonal twist, or, if preferred, an old school traditional favorite.

What do you love most about your job?

I am a real foodie who loves the catering and hospitality industry and have been lucky enough to witness, with pride, the standard and changes in food trends during my twenty plus years within the industry.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After working in catering and hospitality within Oxford University for the majority of my career, I decided to use my experience and contacts to progress my career in a new direction.
