How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to what they like to eat when they go out, the style of food and cookery they are into and personalising their menu based around this. We offer a full bespoke menu service as well as having sample menus to tempt people who are not sure of what dishes they are after.
What do you love most about your job?
Variety: Everyday in outside catering brings something new. It brings us to interesting spaces, new people, new environments and new experiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To excel in what we do and provide the type of dining experiences we would like to enjoy ourselves.

Chris our chef was awarded a michelin star for his cooking whilst head chef of an Oxfordshire restaurant. Greg has a deep knowledge of and passion for wine, coffee and cocktails and between them they will make your dining experience, whether it be a private dinner party, a wedding or a corporate function one to remember!
