What’s your signature dish?
I don’t have one, I love to cook everything. I particularly like to cooking the produce that’s in season.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Asking the client to tell me their likes and dislikes. Which dishes they prefer most then coming up with several completely different menus so they can pick different aspects from each menu.
What do you love most about your job?
The freedom to create anything and everything, from something simple.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It all started with an idea of catering for small unique events.
The idea expanded quickly into creative dishes and products that can be made from the amazing quality produce we have around us in the countryside. I have always loved farming so it was a great opportunity to work with my local farmers, shoots and suppliers.
The whole aim for eSJaye right from the beginning is creating special occasions and selling top quality produce at a reasonable price.
