The Chipping Norton Tea Set

Thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing your beautiful vintage china, champagne saucers, and delicious tea to our "wedding" in Beckley. The food was utterly scrumptious, stunningly presented, and there was no shortage of excellent tea to go with it. It was everything that we wanted for the day and more, and we could not have been more thrilled.

We also love our surprise gift from you - it made it over the USA safely and makes afternoons very much more British! Thank you!

We chose The Chipping Norton Tea Set to cater at our wedding on 6th August and it was a great decision!

The afternoon tea was just what we wanted, with beautiful vintage crockery, delicious food and great service from Victoria and the waiting staff. It was a lovely alternative to the traditional wedding breakfast and our guests just loved it.

This time last week we had our wedding day, from the moment we met Victoria we knew she was the lady to bring our wedding afternoon tea dream to life! !! We enjoyed the fact we could tailor make our menu and sitting and watching our guests enjoy their tea was fantastic! We loved the cakes on cake stands where our guests could choose their own cake choice, thank you Victoria for being flexible and going with our vision. Bit of a late review;My wife and I got married June 11th 2016 and the Chipping Norton Tea-Set provided afternoon tea for us and it was delicious. They accommodated any and every allergy and dietary preference with ease and supplied wonderful child portioned boxes for the smaller appetite.They also saved us providing wine and champagne glasses last minute when we were let down by our venue. Lovely high tea in cool, clean surroundings with a modern take on traditional tea rooms. Welcoming, charming and helpful staff, chintzy china, comfortable and spacious. The sandwiches with homemade chutney were wonderful. The chocolate brownie and mini merengues were to die for. Scones were nice but not the best I've ever had (slightly tasteless) and the homemade jam had slightly caramelised. However these are nit-picking, you won't be disappointed. More...
