My inspiration to start LBC Coaching arose from my frustration at a lack of job satisfaction. I was a client with a life coach and i had such a powerful transformation that i never wanted this level of satisfaction to end! I have always been in the people business - wanting to help people rise up from where they are. I wanted to make an impact and help more people achieve their dreams goals and aspirations. Working for other companies did not enable me to have the creative licence that a Coach has. The beauty about being a coach is that we can tailor our techniques specifically to our client's preference.
Clients come to us to achieve results and they do. It really is that simple. We never do the hard sell, we offer a half hour free consultation and this is first and foremost to enable the client to understand how we work and for us to assess if we can offer them what they want.
