I wanted a new bathroom for my small flat and researched 3 other firms before I chose QA Kitchens and Bathrooms. Robert Winwood came to see me did some measuring up, discussed what I wanted doing and from this a few days later gave me a rough quote of how much it would cost. I said I'd be happy to proceed then arranged to meet up in the Shrewsbury showroom to choose what I wanted in finer detail as regards colour, materials etc I then received a more detailed quote and gave the go ahead to proceed, and a date was fixed for the installation. I had a final meeting at the Shrewsbury showroom with Robert to check I was happy with everything I'd chosen, (every detail was checked).
The installation was done by Jordon and Adrian, they were polite, respectful and worked very hard to complete in 5 days from start to finish and were kknowledgeable about the products. All in all a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use QA again for my bathroom or kitchen needs.
