Amazing trainer. I'm skinny and wanted to gain weight, didn't know anything really about working out. He explained everything to me, planned a nice schedule, helped me record my diet and overall has helped me whenever I needed it.

When first looking for a personal trainer, I wasn't sure what I was looking for or even if it would be worth it, however after over a month with Zach, I can safely say it's one of the best decisions I've made.
I have already lost a good amount of weight and feel the best I have in years. The exercise programs are varied and not to difficult, even for a novice like myself. The diet isn't too restrictive meaning that you still have a lot of freedom with what you eat and the weekly check ins are give you good guidance on what you can do help your progress along.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Zach and certainly don't regret my decision to hire a personal trainer.

Zach is an excellent PT. I started working with him when I was trying to get back on the ski slopes after a serious knee injury. He helped me build back strength and preempted the anxiety I might feel when I returned to the slopes, building my confidence in using my full weight on my knee again.
