Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Akos, the owner and director of this company. I was born in Central Europe and graduated as an architect 30 years ago. At that time, an architect had to know 16 different trades, from roofing, carpentry to masonry.
That’s where I got the idea that if I could do everything from A to Z on a house, the name of the company could cover that idea, ZebrA, it’s in the word, I understand and know how a house works from A to Z.
But of course, it’s always suspect when someone can do ‘everything’, so I’ve picked a few favorites and built my company and our activities around them.
The philosophy of the company is very simple: we once had a conference where we had to define the product and the end result of our activity. Many people answered “a perfectly functioning gutter”, or “a beautifully painted wall”, or “a chimney that stands up straight”. I thought about what our product was and I thought to myself “the client’s happiness”.
But it's best when customers talk about us. So here it is:

Akos and his team did a great job in my garden. It was a major project involving digging out several tons of reassert and rubble, dismantling an old Andersen shelter, turning the base into a pond, building a large raised bed and laying a new stone patio. He also brought in a dedicated specialist team to build a new wall. I'm delighted with the result.
