What do you love most about your job?
I love to help other people achieve their goals. I have a passion for cooking, so I share my recipes with you. I changed career after rehabilitating my second back injury that I experienced in my early 20's. I am now stronger than I have ever been in my life and enjoy sharing the exercises that got me leaner, stronger and pain free!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Frustration with my own body letting me down, I set about searching out the methods required to overcome this and my passion is sharing these methods with other people.

Most of my work is now done remotely. I have created a library of exercise videos that you can follow at home and a nutritional guide that I had fresh recipes to and ideas on a regular basis.
