Michael Dolan came to fix my fence. It cost me £1100 but upon later inspection, I found the job was incomplete. He has completely ignored my requests to complete the job, an the panel has now blown down.

The work carried out was satisfactory but they failed to take away all the garden rubbish and despite several calls when they apologised for leaving rubbish behind and promising to come and take it away it is still here.

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother - they employed this team to clear their garden and cut down a tree. They did this quickly and agreed to come every 2 weeks to maintain garden.
They left behind 2 large parts of tree trunk - my mum phoned numerous times but could not get hold of them - eventually she got hold of Mike and he said he would come 2 weeks ago to take them away - never turned up.
I then spoke to another member of staff and he apologised and said he would come and do the gardening as promised and remove logs - never turned up.
Mike promised my mum after another phonecall last week he would 100% remove logs today - never turned up.
I cant fault the initial work but it’s wrong they haven’t finished the job they started and haven’t continued the gardening schedule as agreed! More...

Very prompt response and work to repair roof commenced immediately and completed in about 4 hours . Great reluctance to provide written quote or indeed invoice. Only time will reveal the quality of the work. More...

Fast response to get a quote. Once agreed my hedges were removed the following day and all rubbish removed. Then within 2 days my new fence was put up. Good quality products used it looks fabulous. Good value for money with fair quotes. Will definitely be using these guys again and I highly recommend this professional business.
