Lucy Perrow (nee Turnbull) is an award winning weight management dietitian, who has worked in the field for nearly 20 years in both the UK and the USA. She specialises in weight management and is offers one-to-one consultations face to face or via the web. She also offers a 12 week online programme to help you with lifestyle changes, lose weight and be healthier.

Lucy specialises in Nutrigenomics and personalised nutrition, looking at the relationship between your genetics, nutrition and your health. She works with Nordic Laboratories and DNAlysis biotechnology to offer personalised genetic testing and advises on how you can optimise your personal health.
Lucy is also trained by Kings College, London in FODMAPS to help with intestinal disorders, such as IBS.

Lucy has appeared in Channel 4's 'How to Lose Weight Well' and 'The Shut in's'. She has also been in BBC radio London and appeared in publications such as Marie Claire, Top Sante, Take a Break, The Metro and the Telegraph
