We used the Board Room for a mgmt meeting. It was clean, fresh and everything worked - big TV for presenting and aircon that you could actually control. The room is in the basement so no windows but it did have the benefit of no day dreamers! Conveniently located for Snowhill and New Street stations. Serious GDPR Breach and Poor Customer Service at Grosvenor I have encountered a severe issue with Grosvenor that involves a significant breach of GDPR regulations. Holly, a representative of the company, mistakenly exchanged sensitive client information by posting mine to another client and vice versa. Despite multiple discussions, she has failed to identify and rectify which client's information was incorrectly shared. In addition to the data privacy breach, my legitimate request for a refund has been met with resistance and inappropriate behavior, including the use of threatening tactics. This unprofessional conduct is alarming and unacceptable. Given these circumstances, I am compelled to warn others about the inadequate internal controls and poor customer service at Grosvenor House. I am giving the company one final chance to resolve this matter by issuing a full refund. Failure to address this issue satisfactorily will result in further actions on my part, including the publication of all evidentiary support for my claims. This has been a distressing experience, and I urge potential clients to consider these serious issues when deciding to engage with Grosvenor House. More...
