Architectural Design
Elaboration of a conceptual design that addresses the client's expectations and requirements while taking into account the site's characteristics and location in order to benefit the client's business case. In addition, the design is optimized in accordance with the construction method and procurement route for the building. Lastly, the proposed building is assessed in terms of its impact on the environment, followed by the incorporation of design strategies that promote energy efficiency to anticipate costs associated with operating the building.

Pragmatic understanding of "Approved Documents" as part of the Building Act. Specification of materials and systems in accordance with NBS standards and Regulation 7 of the Building Act. Finally, we are able to put together building components and systems to create construction drawings that can be used for bidding/tendering and construction.
