Seeing an obvious gap in the market for an IT and Telephony specialist that focuses on the client and their business first, rather than time consuming internal process and procedure.

We pride ourselves on being responsive and proactive. You wont wait for a resolution to your call or email as we only hire engineers, not admin staff. So you speak to an engineer every time.

Both. 99% of the time any issue can be resolved remotely and quickly, but if required we can be onsite as well. In fact, many of our clients like us to visit at least once a month to review everything and make sure all our information is up to date.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are fully compliant with all government regulations regarding healthcare, and we also acknowledge our clients preferences for additional measures such as masks and distancing when asked to.
