I asked Emma to give me a quote to have my kitchen painted & a few minor things sorted out. She arrived on time (you would be surprised how many dont) & really took the time to discuss with me what exactly it was that I wanted. She sounded very knowledgeable & clearly cared about the job. This is one of the reasons I chose her. Emma & Sheila turned up to do the job & once my dog had decided she had had enough fuss & would let them into the kitchen, they got started. They worked at a good pace but clearly weren't rushing. They were very neat & tidy, taking great care as if it was their own home. When they had finished the kitchen looked like new, the quality of work & attention to detail was second to none. Emma and the team came and decorated my home and nothing was too much trouble for them - she's even coming back to fix the bannister after I scraped all the bannister getting wardrobes up the stairs 😬😬.

After reading one bad review on this business, I was uncertain about booking them. However after meeting Emma and her team and how nice they seemed, I gave them a chance and I can honestly say: Wow what a team. They were friendly, professional and very reasonably priced.
They trimmed my hedges, removed a tree, completely reformed my overgrown garden in a day and took the waste away within the price of the quote!
I will definitely be using them again.

I used Wyre Forest Restorations to tidy and clear a substantial garden. I say garden - jungle would be more apt.
I sent photos of the job that needed doing, as it was a lot of work, and Emma and the team all came around that same day to take a proper look.
I needed lawns cut back from their 1-foot height, hedges and trees trimmed and paths opened up again which had been overgrown, Brambles an inch thick used to live here, not anymore!
This was not just a lawnmower and strimmer job done in a day.
Emma sent me a very fair quote after seeing the site, and she and her team came in to do the work when I was away on holiday.
Honestly – when I came back the place had been transformed, the whole garden looks and feels much larger, ans we can now access it properly.
The work must have been backbreaking, and I am extremely grateful for them doing this for me.
I have now asked them to return on a regular basis to keep on top of the lawns and shrubs – general garden maintenance that sort of thing.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work doing.

I am really sorry that we did not meet your expectations. You wanted slabs laid on the lawn without creating any soil, you wanted a whole garden weeded without any soil showing. You wanted the ‘forest’ cut right back so it was open but then didn’t like the results of what you asked for. We added removal of bushes, removal of plants at no extra cost. We did everything that was ‘quoted’ and more without taking a penny. I appologise that we did not meet your expectations that I feel are very unrealistic, you have had a team work for a whole day at my Expense. I feel that this review has been left unfairly. I have left the job 90% finished because you kept changing your mind on what you wanted, when instructions were given and carried out you did not like the results, but you were consulted every step of the way. This customer wanted boards placed across the whole garden so no muddy footprints would appear whilst slabs were laid and weeding, strimming and lawn mowing was done, it rained this day.. the mess you say we left was dust from the gravel you Ordered and expected us to empty onto the pavement which is not legal, this dust was minimal from an opened tonne bag of gravel that you had delivered, you wanted us to come back and finish the job two days later. When I declined and said we wanted no payment but did not want to come back, you decided to leave this bad review to tarnish my good reputation.

I have used Wyre forest restorations, for a full house repaint upon moving I tou property. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, thier competitive pricing butost of all the beautiful finish they were able to achieve in the short turnaround deadline I have them.
