Amazing Experience
We took the bus service from Glasgow to Ireland and return for a group tour. Driver was great, his service was excellent. Coaches were clean and comfy.

They charge £27 per mile for a coach hire. One of the most expensive hire quotations given. Absolutely clueless company

We hired the 19 seat Mercedes coach for our trip to Wembley Stadium this May . There was a little hiccup with the pricing but that was soon sorted. The driver was excellent, knew his routes and was flexible with his collection times etc.
The coach itself was perfect, nice leather seats, DVD/TV for the kids, air con and tinted windows.

I was really impressed about our transfer from the airport to Stonehenge area and then to our hotel. A really nice and professional driver had waited for us, taken to the wanted destination and then to our accommodation. We were a group of 16 people, and we've booked for a Minibus. Found WTS Coach hire from an internet search, Requested a quote and never looked back. We needed transport for 7 people including a disabled person. We had two different Vehicles and drivers for the outward and return trips.
Both drivers were Punctual, Helpful and extremely safe drivers, Both vehicles were of ample size for our party and in excellent condition and clean throughout.
Communication around our booking was excellent right down to receiving a phone call on the day before our trip (on the day of the return Journey) confirming details, then receiving an email with all the details down to the vehicle type the registration number and even a photo of the driver. all told Great communication, Great Value for Money and above all Great Service! We used WTS for our transfer from and to the Airport during our visit to London 2 weeks ago. The booking office personnel was very helpful so making the reservation was an easy process. Pricing was good also. The coach was there waiting for us at the airport when we came out of the terminal. The chauffeur and his assistant where extremely helpful with the many many luggage we had. Nothing was an issues. The bus was clean and the drive was smooth despite heavy traffic we arrived at the hotel in good time. The return journey was just as excellent. I and a group of friends hired a minibus at disposal for 10 hours. We landed at Heathrow airport at 8:50 in the morning and our driver was waiting for us patiently. From there we traveled to Windsor Castle, Blenheim Palace and late in the evening we checked in at Premier Inn Bicester. We had a full day, it was tiring but at least the minibus was comfortable and clean. We are very happy with the services provided by this company, we even were lucky to receive a discounted price. Many thanks to Franky and WTS Coach hire for last weekend. I hired the minibus for a family wedding but needed to change the time a few days before the booking. This was done with no problems at all and nothing was too much trouble. On the night, the minibus turned up early and waited until everyone was in and sorted and the service was excellent.
