William did a first rate job in sometimes very challenging weather, clearing a very old 90' long ivy and weed covered fence, clearing away all the rubbish, preparing the ground and erecting a new fence which we are completely happy with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he carried out the work efficiently, professionally and with meticulous attention to detail, keeping us informed at every step and leaving everything clean and tidy. 10' High Hedge trimmed and levelled. I'm glad to say that the job is at last done and by William and his son today. They did an absolutely superb job taking great care around my plants etc. The job was done speedily and very efficiently and cleared up completely afterwards, taking the rubbish away. Both Will and his son were very cheerful and a pleasure to have around. I'm just sorry that my previous review was not quite so rewarding for them, because the problem of not originally turning up was entirely MY FAULT and not theirs. Unfortunately, Bark's system doesn't seem to let me delete that review. All I can say it, that if you are lucky enough to get Will and his team to do a job, then you have a 5 star tradesman. This is an update to my earlier review. Having met Will this morning (and given him the job with a further one to follow) he does NOT deserve the previous review i gave. There was a misunderstanding, and largely on MY part not his. He had indeed tried to contact me. It is quite apparent on meeting him that he is a professional and honest guy who deserves only 5 STAR ratings. I would not like my earlier review to put anyone off (I have tried to remove that review, but Bark's system does not cater for that. I will write a further review after this coming Monday when he has done the job and I am confident it will be a 5 STAR one. More...

I'm sure if you are lucky enough to get hold of Will (judging by his reviews) he is good. Unfortunately, for me it was the usual tale with Tradespeople. He contacted me, was very pleasant and we made an appointment for before 4.00 p.m. on the arranged day. I waited until 6.00 p.m. having planned my day around him, but he never showed up!
