Plumber didn’t really fix the issue as he a pipe broke and the water went down into the flat below. He told us it was because he had briefly opened a pipe which had since been fixed. Later when I tested the shower the flat downstairs complained about the leak again. The man from Wizz, Peter, go in touch very quickly, before I had even attached a photo.
His assistant arrived at an agreed time within a couple of hours and did the job (replacing tap washers) efficiently.

Peter at Wizz was very extremely efficient. Phoned me within minutes of my request and I had a plumber within in the hour fixing a leak.
