What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy having the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and help others to realise the potential locked within their property whilst considering the design perameters of their proposed project.
I have experience within a number of sectors and enjoy the contrast of work, which includes residential, retail, light industrial, and hi-rise development.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked Client Side for a number of years and provide Architectural Services in my spare time to provide a second income stream, I am currently looking to provide these services full time whilst also developing and managing my own portfolio of properties in the future.
Why should our clients choose you?
Over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry. I provide a direct personal 1-2-1 service and do not price by the hour. As a building surveyor, my services are more competitively priced than a typical Architectural Practice, with less hidden extras. The price I quote at the beginning will be the price paid on completion.

An initial survey would be required to measure before development of an existing set of plans. Once dafted, and you are ready to discuss the proposed scheme, I would be happy to re-attend face to face, or to complete discussions via teams calls as I can share my work on screen and make any changes remotely. My price includes up to 4 face to face meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Where required, happy to wear and mask and complete a covid test to ensure the safety of those vulnerable; or the good health of those safeguarding on behalf of others.
