What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff carry all Covid 19 safety equipment with them including the following:
Masks
Anti bacterial gel
Gloves
Fresh clothing
Deep clean (hard shell)
Full deep clean on hot tub. This includes the following:
Hot tub flush to flush through the jets and get all the lime scale and dirt out.
Once that is done we empty the hot tub and clean it through.
While that’s being done we clean the filters so they can go back in to the hot tub.
When we have finished cleaning everywhere we the fill the hot tub up and shock it.
New pump (hard shell)
Installing a new pump:
Roughly takes around 4 hours for a new pump and pipe work
Call out
First hour is free if one of our members of staff are there longer due to the job there is a call out charge
Deep clean (inflatable hot tub)
Our team will arrive to you with all the correct cleaning equipment.
The hot tub will be emptied cleaned with the correct chemicals.
Then we fill it up and shock it with a fresh filter.
Pump repair (inflatable)
This can depend on what the problem is with your pump. We aim to keep our jobs as cheap as possible for our customers.
Hot tub hire (inflatable)
Our team come to you.
They will arrive set the hot tub up and extras if requested.
Once set up they will instruct you on how to keep on top of the chemicals.
When the hire comes to an end our team will dismantle everything and leave
Puncher repairs (inflatable)
Small or big punchers are easily fixed if there’s a hole we will cover it.
Leak (hard shell)
If there is a leak in your hot tub our team can get this fixed with replacing the pipes and connections
Heating (hard shell/inflatable)
If your hot tub isn’t heating up don’t worry our team can fix this.
