Window Cleaners
Window cleaner wanted to leave with water marks on all windows.He washed windows but didn’t wipe down.He then proceeded to break a top of a wall which he promised to fix.
Have not heard from him since!!Shocking service

At windows surfers we use spotless water and the water fed pole system so unlike traditional window cleaners we clean the frames thouroghly especially on a first clean with us. Unfortunately some of the downside of this technique is we can not judge the amount of dust and dirt that can get onto the windows once the frames dirt is aggravated. Ideally we would like to wait once its dried but some times its not possible because of the water or time. If thats the case then we comeback at no extra charge and give it a final long rinse as its all about the final rinse. We apologise the technician could not stay and wait for this process to complete but there was a shortage of spotless water in the area so he needed to travel to get more for the your job and also the rest of the scheduled work ahead. He could have returned and applied your final rinse but we believe you turned this down. Now in regards to your wall a man or woman should not be able to break a solid concrete structure without applying any force or purposeful pressure but yes he had come in contact with the wall the technician believes it should not have fallen down with the type of contact our he made with it. We made a gesture to replace the faulty brick work but you told our technician not to return. We charged you ONLY £20 for frames sills and windows at the front and back of your two storey building with a gaurantee to fix the few water spots left with a final free rinse at the front and back of the property but unfortunately you decided to decline this final rinse also.
