The foundation of our practice is genuine respect, and we make personal commitments to work honestly, authentically and openly with you. Your safety and wellbeing is at the centre of this work. Our commitments not only involve active listening and being present for you in the moment, but also in helping provide a clear focus for your goals and objectives – each and every step of the way.

What you have to say is important – talk to us and we will listen. We work using whichever methods you are most comfortable with, or whichever you find most useful – reviewing our work regularly to discover the best ways forward.

Counselling Sessions are 50 minutes duration
Cost per session is £56
Concessionary rates are available
Full flexibility on days and times

After you contact us, we will get back to you to arrange an initial call. Here we can be introduced, and you can ask any questions you may have. We can tell you a bit more about ourselves, and we can talk more about how the Counselling process works. You can get a feel about us possibly working together, and hopefully start building a connection
