They took down a tall tree which was in an area among a lot of shrubbery and was difficult to access. They managed it quickly, efficiently and with no damage to the surrounding shrubs. They are polite, efficient and even vacuumed up all sawdust from the lawn. I would highly recommend them. More...

I found this company to be very easy to have doing the job as specified (the total clearance of our garden, trees, shrubs and the lawn) and the quality of the service excellent. Team were friendly, polite, worked well and continuously.
The jobs were completed well. Clearly experienced and knowledgeable about trees: diseases, felling, risks, etc.
Dealt with neighbours well.
Pleased with completed tasks.

On down-side they arrived at 10.30 am each day (they explained this was due to travelling from Shrewsbury). Much later than other workers we have used. They left at 4pm as starting to get dark. This meant the working hours were maximum of 5.5 hours without a break. The work took three days due to short working hours.
£500/day was a lot more expensive than other teams we have used. However no complaints about what they did. We had been let down by another team due to Covid and Williams were able to work at short notice. More...

These lads did my tree I got them from bark and I got them again through bark to do my daughters tree there do a fabulous job and are nice lads very professional and nice

The 1 star is for the fact that they made contact and turned up when they said, after that it was all down hill. We agreed a price to cut down a small eucalyptus and arranged to fit the job around their current workload, The day came and went when they were due so i texted them only to be informed the van had broken down, so we re-arranged another day. That day also came and went with no contact from them yet again so it looks as though they are no longer interested. It is so annoying not to be kept in the picture and let down without good reason or contacted. Nearly 3 weeks have passed now since the original visit and had i of known i could of found someone who actually wanted to do the work. More...
