I used Westwood Estate Planning without hesitation to purchase LPA's for my Nan (who had a stroke and is unable to communicate). I had never expected to be in a position where I would need to care for a grandparent, but this became a reality after the passing of my mum. Like most of us, my Nan had not set anything up prior to this life changing event and I found it almost impossible to speak with companies or the relevant authorities regarding after care and or support. Yes, we offer our estate planning services online or remotely to accommodate clients who prefer virtual meetings. We can conduct consultations and planning sessions via video calls making the process seamless and convenient no matter where our clients are located.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Much of our work can be conducted remotely and where in person we would follow strict safety protocols, including social distancing, wearing masks, and ensuring that all meeting areas are thoroughly sanitised.

Writing a Will ensures that your wishes about what you want to happen after you're gone are carried out.
Our consultation process will not only ensure that the Will you put in place is an accurate reflection of your wishes, but will also raise your awareness to things that you might not have considered.
The relevant area of the law can be complex, but we explain it in an easy to understand manner.
Trusts
Using trusts can help manage the things you own or owned for yourself and other people in many unique ways.
For example, they could provide protection for vulnerable people in your life, or ensure the things you worked hard for during your life stay in your family, safe from creditors or relationship breakdowns.

Lasting Powers of Attorney
Lasting Powers of Attorney are documents that allow you to name a trusted family member or friend to make decisions for you if you can't.
