What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about dog walking is the simple joy it brings. The excitement in a wagging tail, the peaceful rhythm of each step, and the chance to just be present — it’s calming, happy, and always worth it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Weluvadog was born out of my genuine love for animals and the happiness they bring into our lives. After years of caring for my own pets and helping out friends and family, I saw how important it is for people to have someone they trust to care for their pets when they can’t be there. I started Weluvadog to provide reliable, loving care through dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in services in Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas. Every happy tail wag or content purr reminds me why I started this journey — because we truly love dogs (and all pets)!

At Weluvadog, our core services—dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits—are hands-on by nature and take place in-person to give your pets the best care possible. However, we do offer a few remote support options to stay connected and provide peace of mind:
• Virtual Meet & Greets: Get to know us before booking! We offer free video calls so you can ask questions, discuss your pet’s needs, and see who you’re trusting with your furry friend.
• Real-Time Updates: During walks or visits, we send regular photo/video updates via text or email so you can see how your pet is doing.
• Pet Care Check-ins & Advice: Need help with feeding schedules, routines, or general pet care tips while you’re away or isolating? We’re happy to chat via phone or video call.
While we can’t walk your dog through the screen (yet!), we’re here to support you in every way we can—both in-person and remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Weluvadog, your safety—and your pet’s—is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we’ve introduced the following precautions to ensure peace of mind for all our clients:
• Contact-free pick-up and drop-off for dog walks
• Social distancing maintained at all times during handovers
• Regular hand sanitising before and after each visit
• Face coverings worn when entering your home or meeting in person
• Sanitising leads, collars, and any touched surfaces after each walk or visit
• Flexible cancellation policy if you’re feeling unwell or need to isolate
