What inspired you to start your own business?
Accountancy business has changed over the last 15 years, and working as an employee in Practice, I have found that clients became a number on a conveyor belt. There are some who are happy with little or no contact from their accountants over the year, but a very large amount prefer to enjoy a happy working relationship with their accountant. A good and relationship is a productive relationship. I wanted that sort of firm who offers more commitment to its clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients have been with our firm and myself for over 15 years. Very few clients decide to leave us but all clients enjoy working with us. You are not a number!!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our customers safety is of course a priority. We adhere to social distancing rules, wearing masks at meetings and deep clean offices every month. We have one person at our office at any one time and remaining staff work from home. Each client is allocated a member of staff and that is the only person you will deal with to ensure that you do not have numerous contact sources. We only have one meeting per day with one client to ensure your safety.
