We Love Pets is a fantastic and enjoyable job. The work is flexible which is perfect for me as I can fit it in around my dogs and other commitments. I’ve never been so supported as an employee even compared to previous full time roles. Support is always available and there is access to large amounts of training. I have appreciated the feedback and appreciation as it’s very motivating. I feel secure knowing that if I ever became unwell or had an emergency, there would always be someone to cover. Before I took on the role I first knew of We Love Pets as they looked after my dogs and rabbits, a service I was very happy with. Having now seen “inside” the business I can safely say I’m still very happy for them to look after my animals, and wouldn’t trust anyone else! I had three full days of training and lots of shadow walks before starting, and have had continued support and training since. We have two dogs, who have only ever been left with my parents or us. On our wedding day we needed someone outside of the family to have the boys - which is where Jake from We Love Pets East Coast came in! Jake met with us a few times before having the boys to get to know them more and talk through everything. We have a staffy and a spaniel who are both very full on and excitable dogs. They are our babies and we wanted them to be loved for the day! They had a wonderful time with Jake. They had plenty of exercise both off and on the lead, wore themselves out, had cuddles on the sofa and were loved for the whole day. It took one of them some convincing to come home with us! It was lovely to be able to enjoy our wedding day without worrying who the dogs were with. Jake was communicative and flexible with all arrangements, and we couldn’t recommend We Love Pets enough! After struggling to find someone local and reliable, Bella has spent her first day and night with we love pets (east coast) and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Bella was clearly happy and content, lots of nice walks and was given updates regularly. They offer walking / home boarding and I’d imagine anything in between to ensure your pets are looked after.
