My partner and I moved to the area recently and really loved the Arc, so much so anytime someone pops over for a visit we take them for a walk about and head to the Arc for a tea or coffee. The staff are so lovely here and it has a real community based spirit. Loads of activities for children and young people, we popped in near Halloween and the kids were having a cracking time it was hilarious seeing a pinata flying back and forth along the balcony! Such determination 😂🤦🏼♀️ The food and drink at the cafe area is really lovely quality, prices are brilliant too - certainly value for money. Within the main hall space around the corner from the cafe area - you can read about the history of the Caterham Barracks - from the regiments that served here from 1877 onwards into the early 90’s when Lindon Homes rescued the area - Coldstream, Grenadier, Irish, Welsh and Scots guards to name a few, lovely photos - a very historic place which is so important these days as it’s special for people to be able to share history with one another in such an educational way. Real community spirit in this area, lots for young people to do and social space for single or partnered parents and guardians alike - little reading space too which is great if you are fed up with your books you can trade one of your own for another read of what takes your fancy. This place is a real gem in the local community if you have small children. The gymnastics and soft play combo during term times is a great offering at a competitive price and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The centre feels looked after and safe too. Highly recommend! More...

The soft play is great, it's a real shame the staff "Management" at the Arc are rude, argumentative & overly sensitive, it's a real shame because my special needs child loves coming to this play centre but due to this one person I will never come here again and will be sharing my experience with others I know with children like me & my wife.

This is a lovely centre. I've visited for gymnastics, for soft play and for a table top sale. I love the serving hand books area here. Such a great idea.
