Highly recommended. Correction work to misconnected drains required lifting of patterned paving bricks and digging to access sewers. Gary and Mitch did a blinding job, very professional and courteous throughout. Two days ago we sought a second opinion from Waterways after having had an unsatisfactory experience with another company. We had a visit yesterday and after having surveyed the pipe and explaining the problems we received a quote for the work required yesterday evening. Having agreed to go ahead with the work we were offered the option to complete the work today which we agreed to. Having made a plan of the work required, unexpected difficulties were encountered during the work but the team, in discussion with the manager and ourselves, came up with a very satisfactory solution which actually resulted in a reduction in the price of the job. All the team that we met and spoke with on the phone were polite, friendly and efficient. At the end of the job everything was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterways to anyone with a drainage issue. More...
