I have just moved into my new home and used Waters Removals for the move. They were incredible. From the very first conversation they were quick, professional and efficient. They took time to understand my needs and wants and nothing seemed too much. My move was in the West Midlands but Waters were highly recommended to me. I called them after trying the big companies in the West Midlands and being disappointed with service, communication and price. The service provided by Waters Removals was sensational, Alice, Olly, and the whole team were friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish. We were trying to move house before 1st April and things got tricky with dates to suit all involved in our chain.At times like that it is really when you need to feel somebody knows what you want and try their hardest to stay very flexible swith you. We had Waters Removals for our house move and wow, what a service! Cracking bunch of lads who unfortunately had to put up with 2 very roudy, lively dogs. Literally nothing was to much hassle for them. Unfortunately due to a delay in the chain they had to wait around for a long time till we could move in but they took it in their stride, no moaning at all and made sure everything was exactly where we wanted, even the potted rhododendron 😂 We never want to move house again, but if we do, we'll definitely use these guys again!
