Communication leading up to the day of the pond clean was really good from Nicky. On the day Andy arrived in the morning. He explained what he would do . Fish were removed into holding tanks and examined. The pond was then given a really good clean to try and remove blanket weed and debris from the bottom. Advise was given on how I could keep the pond clean and also how to treat an ulcer on one of the fish. Andy also cleaned all the surrounding stonework and tidied up after finishing. My pond was emptied, the water stored, as were the fish and pondweed. The liner was washed and cleaned. Andy found five small leaks in my pond liner. The following day all was returned. We contact Aqualeaf Care around a month ago after purchasing a outdoor pond. We all of a sudden got a burst of algae and the water quality wasn’t perfect. Andy came out at short notice, diagnosed the problem and solved it for us. We then got him to come back and do a monthly maintenance, but also deep clean due to the algae bloom. Alan has done a 1st rate job at getting our mill pond fountain up and running. The fountain had blown over in the strong wind last winter and had got clogged up.
