Really quick response from Stan who was easy to deal with. The charger was fitted by Frank and his apprentice, Danny, who were great.

Stan and the guys at Voltwave made everything straightforward and hassle free. EV charger installed and working in no time, positioned just where we wanted it and all within just 3 days of contacting them.

Found the Volkwave electrician Frankie to be obliging efficient and tidy, my ev charger was up and running in no time. Would certainly have again.

So, I had a problem with my old Zappi charger - it was completely dead! I quickly bought a hypervolt charger the next day and needed someone to help me switch over to the new one ASAP. We purchased an EV charging point from another company in January who were also supposed to fit it. However, 3 months later after numerous calls the company continued to let us down so we contacted Voltwave.
Stanley contacted us within 20 minutes of submitting our enquiry and 4 days later the charging point was installed.

Couldn’t have been easier and Frankie, the engineer who fitted it was on time, left no mess at all and was very quick. Highly recommend Voltwave.

In my case it was to replace an old free EV charger with a new one. It took about 20 minutes and the job was done. The installer was an hour earlier than the agreed installation but that was no problem for me. I would even say I was pleasantly surprised. The installation date was also express. The next day. Personally would not recommend them. Hired them to install EV charger (Zappi). After installation by Stanley, was told that the screen was not working and replacement screen will arrive in few days. This took over 2 weeks and when Zappi installation team came to replace the screen, they told us that the engineer had installed everything incorrectly and it was not the faulty screen but cables that were not put in place properly. Finally it was the Zappi engineer who sorted the issue. The whole process took a month to deal with and a lot of time wasted contacting them back and forth. More...

Voltwave were very professional. I booked my EV charger instalment on the Monday and it was fitted on the Wednesday. Frank was very efficient and flexible and found a way round the very tricky fuse box avoiding major pipes etc that were unexpectedly in the way. I had a representative named Frankie who came to install the EV Charger at my home. He arrived early and was able to accommodate how I wanted the charger to be installed.
