Counselling, or Talk Therapy is a way of working through problems or goals by discussing them in a safe and confidential environment with someone who will listen and join you on your journey.
I will help you to explore your goals for therapy and work with you to achieve the best outcome.
My rate is £60 per hour and I provide sessions both in my Newark Office and Online.
Coaching
Coaching is a results focused collaboration which helps individuals or businesses to improve aspects of their lives or business results. We work together on specific targets and strategies over a period of time. Sometimes coaching might include advice and strategy suggestions along with practical solutions for problem solving.
