Posted request on Bark yesterday for replacement of Ridge Tile, Lucas from Visionary roofing and building contractors Emailed and discussed on phone, gave approximate price based on photos and agreed to inspect today. Today: Lucas arrived and went up ladders to inspect ridge tiles and confirmed that the tiles either side of the missing one were loose as I expected. We agreed a very fair price and as he had brought a matching weathered tile he cleaned up the loose mortar and bedded in the three tiles. Everything completed he tidied up the job leaving no mess. I will be having him back in a few months to do some other jobs I want. I would certainly recommend him to anyone. Other roofers had promised to attend but neither turned up or phoned (Not on BARK).
