The level of service that I received by the owner of the company was fantastic. He came to visit my house to understand what I was looking for. He gave me a beautiful choice of curtain rails and window blinds. Then a couple of weeks later he came back and installed the blinds and the curtain rails. He was very friendly too which is a really nice touch to a very professional service. Also, the blinds and curtain rails that they offer are truly beautiful and elegant. Five stars plus for enthusiasm, knowledge, vision, experience, value for money, professionalism, friendliness and customer services. From the moment we met Chris and he advised us what would be the best plantation shutters for us we knew we'd picked the right company for the job. We didn't really know what we wanted so Chris' expertise and vision were perfect. We now have beautiful bespoke plantation shutters that were a very reasonable price and look amazing. Reen was referred to us by a friend that recently had a baby. From the start, Reen was wonderful. I had contacted her last minute and was able to squeeze us in. Reen came to our home for a newborn session and immediately made us feel relaxed and comfortable upon arrival. She put our baby's and our needs first and was very patient throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with both the session and beautiful photographs we received. Reen has continued to impress us with her continued patience, as she re-opened our gallery for us and then again extended it. Chris was fantastic. From the time he came to measure to the time (several weeks later!!) that we decided to go ahead he couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Turned up in time, fitted the blinds properly (had another famous supplier at a previous house who did a shocking job) and left everything clean and tidy. Ours was only a small job but he couldn’t have been more helpful and offered valuable advice which enable us to make the right choice.
