The actual pet store is good, they have lots of food and treats for both cats and dogs. Most pet shops cater more to dogs, so it was nice to see a huge range of things for cats. We were the only ones there, and the staff were helpful but a little overbearing. The atmosphere was just very awkward, the store owners should consider putting music on to relieve the tension of the very quiet shop! I bought a kitten from ViolaPets' cattery and many snacks and toys from their store. My kitten is very cute, healthy, and has a great personality, and the products I've purchased have all been of high quality. The people who run ViolaPets even personally delivered my kitten along with lots of starter supplies to my home in London! I purchased a cat from Viola cattery last year. She arrived with mycolasma- and made my other cat sick. She has never been well and we have spent thousands on her. It makes me sick they are starting to import dogs from Korea and state on the website- so small they dont even need to go outside. Its just a money making scheme- they don't care about the animals at all. We counted 49 cats at their small house and kittens in every room. Visited for the first time today! Such a bright and welcoming store. The employees are really friendly and told me all about the different products they’re selling and where the products were from. The prices are all great, and they have a good range of products and foods. There are some really cute pet toys and other stuff you won’t find in chain pet stores.
