My approach

Working with me is a positive, empowering experience. My approach is down-to-earth, honest and warm. I combine emotional support and understanding with a practical and structured approach to help create meaningful change. It can be applied to any aspect of your life, helping you to overcome self-limiting beliefs to achieve fulfilment, wellbeing and the future you deserve.

Why I became a coach

I became a coach because I know first-hand how transformational the coaching process can be. I know what it is like to be ‘stuck’, to doubt yourself, lose your confidence, feel overwhelmed, or talk yourself out of doing the things that you really want to do. Through coaching, I learned how to get control of my life, increase my self-confidence, learn to trust myself and really go for what I want. I would love to be able to use my experience to help you create meaningful change.

What to expect in a coaching session?

In a typical coaching session I will guide you using a method or framework focused on providing structure and results. We will work together to identify what it is you really want to achieve and set a long term goal. We will then break this down into smaller objectives or tasks which will move you towards your long term goal.

After each session, you will have some actions to carry out or some homework to do. Sessions are typically 3 to 4 weeks apart and last between 1 and 1.5 hours.
