I’d give less stars if I could! AVOID!!! Like the plague.
Unreliable & eventually when they did get in touch, tried to sell me an alarm system with a built in camera that doesn’t record fully & despite telling them this wasn’t what I wanted, I was pestered with calls and tried to charge me £1300 for their product which comes with an additional monthly fee of £49. 50
Then had the audacity to half the price when I refused & told me on the phone it would cost £100????? I shall stick to small companies rather than a national rip off!!! More...

Installed the same day I accepted there quote, after installation they explained everything about the system fully so that I could operate system properly, overall very pleased.

So far I've had the demonstration and the quote done. Amazing deal done. Massive saving. Very happy so far. Looking forward to having the full system fitted in Mid November. CCTV and Alarm, intruder system. This will really make things so much better for myself and children as I'm a single parent and it won't be long until my eldest is walking too and from school. The fact the whole house can be secured whilst my daughter is inside at home after school until I can arrive home is brilliant. The ability to view that my daughter is safe and sound inside is really good for me too.

Just the other day being the season that it is, our windows were egged and my children were near the windows as they were egged and it shook them up. The shock sensors and alarms as well as cctv will really make them feel much happier. No one should feel afraid inside their own home. The sos button straight to control is really good too. There is so much more I could add to this but you should just book yourself a visit and a full demonstration of the system and you'll be impressed. Can't wait for it to be installed. More...

I got a quote, but it was more for a burglar alarm than CCTV, which was not what I wanted.
Prices for what they wanted to install were very reasonable, the staff were pleasant to discuss various options but none were what I needed.

I found the operative helpful he explained to me that I needed wi-fi on the property which at the moment i don't have.However once I have solved this problem I will be calling the engineer back.

Phoned me on Christmas day at 8.00 am. I understand that not everyone celebrates Christmas, in any form, in the UK but read the room guys. Blocked.

Absolutely disappointed made a phone call made appointment absolutely ridiculous showed up parked outside of our gate did not come in did not text or email to say why they said they could fit me a new CCTV system I called up the office they said they are very sorry and that they will put me through to someone higher up in Office When they did that I spoke to someone and Then they told me they do not fit CCTV on the own unless I have an alarm fitted as well which they already asked me all the questions ask me all my details to my address and it took a second phone call to say in less I have an alarm fitted as well they will not fit CCTv cameras on the own where I spoke to a different person in the company who made the appointment and asked me all the questions are you reassured me the fitter will be out at 8 o’clock in the evening and it’s fine to fit cameras on their own which obviously was a load of rubbish spoke to 3 different people and received three different stories plus this is the only company I I called as it seemed to have good reviews and ratings very disappointed
