Dan was very helpful from day one. It was not going to be the easiest install, but got great advise from him from the start. I was on a deadline to get the charger fitted and despite having to have 2 visits from UKPN and change my electricity supplier Dan accommodated my fitting date perfectly. On the day of install, his fitter Ben and colleague Mark were absolutely brilliant. Problem solvers. Which is all you can ask for. Dan was very professional, competent and knowledgeable. He noted exactly how we wanted the EV cable installed with minimal disruption and tidiness. He has extensive knowledge of the various chargers and he gave us the pros and cons of the ones we were considering. I did a lot of research before I went ahead with a EV charger all the big names until I found Verde EV Solutions. Most companies want you to do the leg work photo this send me that measure this. One phone call with a guy call Dan at Verde EV Solutions he made an appointment came to my house did a full assessment and inspection of what I needed then what charger I would like. It was simple clear and easy, with a date set installation and again that ran smoothly. You don't get this service from so called big companies who want you to wait put you on pause don't even call you back sometimes. Dan and his team at Verde have been exceptional. Dan explained everything clearly and talked through all our options. After choosing he provided a very competitive price and even sorted our grant application for us. Communication was brilliant the whole way through and our installation was booked to fit our timeline. The engineer was extremely friendly and did an excelled job. Very good service and kept to quote only minor thing would be the mess on the driveway was not cleared up i.e. brick dust from drilling cable ties to wall and charger point to wall other than that absolutely perfect and would recommend would just suggest they make sure they're installers Have a hoover or a brush and dust plan to tidy up
