I started Verdant Purpose because I was tired of watching good organisations struggle with bad HR advice. I’d seen charities overcharged for investigations, SMEs buried in outdated handbooks, and founders left Googling “how to fire someone legally” at midnight. It didn’t sit right with me and I knew it could be done better.

After years in senior HR roles, I’d built the skills to handle the tough stuff restructures, investigations, messy culture challenges but what really lit me up was doing it with purpose. I wanted to build something values-led, where compliance didn’t mean cold, and where legal support came with a human touch.

Verdant Purpose exists to help organisations doing good stay in the green legally, culturally, and financially.
