Well James is the best trades person I have ever had seen they was 1 bad review so I was a bit apprehensive but I thought I would gave him a chance he was such a polite and well mannered young man thanks for the amazing roof repair James

I wish I could give this company 0 stars.. they attended to initially clean gutters then provided a quote to fix tiles and supply a bird deterrent to the solar panels we accepted this quote the job was completed however I have chased over 10 times for confirmation of the the guarantee and receipts for the work after paying £1300 pound still to this day I do not have this I have also contacted the company to report the bird deterrent has already failed which we were told by another contractor who was carrying out completely different work and now vanguard has advised they will not warranty this work, come and repair/ replace or refund even though no one has touched his work. . I am also still waiting on him returning to clean the gutters again that he advised he would well onsite. We are now going to have to get a better reputable company out to remove his absolutely shocking work of siliconing the bird spikes which aren’t even attached to the roof properly and he won’t even admit fault. I would avoid this company at all costs!!! As not only are we out of pocket for paying them we are now going to have to pay someone else to come out and do the job properly and Vanguard have offered no apologies for their work and no compensation/ refund More...

Couldn't fault the guys they came out very professional. done my repairs in record time sent photos and videos of the job as they were doing it as I was at work to keep me updated and the hole job was finished to a very high standard. Would recommend to anyone that needs a roof fixed. More...

Called vanguard roofing services with a roof repair needing doing and they were great had someone out at my door the next day roof repaired later that evening and I was happy with the completion 👌

I went into my roofing situation blind and without a clear reference point of experience from which to draw. Two different roofing companies had been contacted prior, once for an assessment and the other for a competing quote. After reaching out to Town & Country Roofing, I realise I should have come to them sooner. They were kind, down to earth, illuminating and sincere. The quoted price I got from them was beyond amazing. The amount proposed by the two prior companies seemed like a monolithic endeavour, not just to pay but to arrange. Compare that to having my chimney repointed and capped, my eaves painted and my entire guttering redone by Town & Country Roofing for not only less than they charged but by lunchtime of the following day! Offered different options and communicated them clearly for repairing our leaking flat roof, then completed the work quickly with a high degree of care and professionalism.

Called these people just after lunchtime, within an hour they'd replaced the broken tile on my roof and checked and repaired/replaced felt as required. Couldn't have asked for an easier or quicker repair to be carried out. I'd highly recommend. Thank you! More...
