From start to finish, the job was handled with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Michael was punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his trade.
The quality of the repointing was excellent—clean lines, solid work, and no corners cut. He took the time to explain what was needed and ensured everything was done properly and safely. On top of that, the price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the value for money was outstanding.
