Booked a van on Saturday for stuff to be moved on Tuesday 3pm. I get a phone call about 12 saying that he had a doctors appointment and and he would be at the pick up address and deliver to our new address and 4pm came and I get the excuse that he was on his way and he wasn't. Phoned him a few times and it was excuse after excuse. I will be telling people who need a van to stay clear as he isn't worth being a man and van . We have lost thousands of pounds worth of stuff all because of him not turning up . Absolutely disgusted, my partner is absolutely devastated at the amount of stuff and money's worth he has lost. A whole lot of stuff that cannot be replaced. Even personal belongings that meant so much to us. Brand new furniture that was expensive. So anyone wanting a man and van do not use him . Van & Man Mover Galashiels moved my belongings from Galashiels to Tweedbank without any problems, and they did a great job.
