We did 12 couple’s sessions over 3 months and saw great results with respect to our goals (mine was to improve the body composition). Overall, we were very happy and decided to continue for another cycle, now with different goals with more focus on strength. I have had the pleasure of working with Val as my personal trainer for over a year now and couldn’t be happier with my experience. When I first reached out to Val it was for a combo session with my girlfriend and one of the most standout qualities is his flexibility when it comes to scheduling our training sessions. Life is unpredictable and we’ve had numerous occasions where we’ve had to reschedule or adjust our appointments and Val has always been accommodating and understanding. In addition, despite the fact that I always find training a little bit of torture, Val is great at distracting from my pain (even if he’s the one who’s making me do it) with great chat about TV shows, movies and games. This not only makes the workouts more enjoyable but it just makes such a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. Val is really committed at building strong client-trainer relationships and goes the extra mile. Val’s expertise in fitness is evident from the results we (my girlfriend and I) have obtained in our time working together and he prepares our workouts for the gym and at home. Val has honestly change my relationship with working out. Our sessions are tough but really fun. Val is super friendly and super motivational both in the sessions and out. He not only provides advice on workouts outside of his sessions, but nutritional advice for getting the best possible results. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a football player for 10 years and after finishing my footballing career I was able to change and transform my own body. That made me want to be able to help as many people as I can.
