Would highly recommend “Use You Loft Space”. Andy arrived on time for the original assessment of our loft space. He is a very personable man and explained everything to us, along with our options. He even advised us that a spotlight would need moving, which did with no issues. The guys arrived at 8am and covered hall landing and stairs with dust sheets. They worked around the stuff that had been left in the loft, the charge for which was very reasonable. They even vacuumed when finished. Really pleased with the overall experience from Andy and his team. He gave me an itemised quote following my online enquiry and then arranged for Rich to call round to check my measurements and discuss options. We decided to have the whole loft boarded with new hatch and ladder which they did at a discounted price for the whole job. They then booked the job in for a Saturday and the team arrived as planned at 8 and were done by early afternoon. They worked incredibly hard, removed the old boards that were down already and took all of the rubbish away as well as hoovering up any dust that they had made. I have a really useful loft room with a staircase which means I can easily carry things up and down. Andy is solution focussed and flexible; there was an unexpected issue with some joists, which could have been a big problem but by the time I knew about it there was a suggested plan. Everything was explained clearly which meant I could make informed decisions. When I asked for a quote Andy came around to discuss and was very helpful in giving us suggestions for how to use the space and made sure these were all priced up as options on the quote.
