Unfortunately I chose to get in touch with this company to get some help with my 2 children. In two weeks I had two different babysitters, the first drop out last minute leaving me with the 2 kids alone, the second one just left my house insulting me without completing her hours, I have never seen anything like that before.
One of the problems I guess is recruiting unprofessional not reliable teenagers with no real experience in taking care of children. I have to say please don’t put your kids in their hands. I was lucky that I work from home and I could manage but if I wasn’t really don’t know what could happen…

It is unfortunate to read this review from you, particularly following our one to one conversations where we ended our services to you, due to the result of our investigative processes. It appears you subjected our babysitters to various bullying tactics and harassment. Resulting in one of our babysitters quitting from our practice and the other removed from your placement. Outside of that, your constant last minute changes to mutually agreed scheduling, causing major disruptions to staffing and allocations. We appreciate the work we were able to conduct for you however we are also happy to sever ties.
