Had a full roof replacement plus a new dormer roof fitted , the scaffolding was erected two days before the work then four roofers arrived at agreed time and carried out the job in a most professional manner the communication was excellent from the boss Marcus and the roofers always keeping me updated on the progress ,they left the site each day very tidy. It was so satisfying to have a company who are honest, reliable, and carry out the work to a high standard at a sensible price with no stress , I don’t normally give reviews however this was an exception very pleased I have no problem in recommending this company. Very good and quick service. After lots of heavy rain, I noticed a damp patch in one of our bedroom corners. Couldn't be happier with Marcus and the Team. They have been top quality from start to finish. Had an old conservatory that was either freezing cold or boiling hot in the summer. Job: Replace old wooden fascia boards, soffits, and guttering (completed 2/8/2024). Fantastic experience right from the start. Got three quotes in, but unlike others who just pushed a sales pitch, Marcus provided a more professional experience. He provided a knowledgeable and expert appraisal of the job - offered much more confidence. He clearly knows his stuff. Beware if you don’t go ahead with this company following a quote - expect messages, calls and turning up at the door (repeatedly) to try and pressure you into hiring. Bullish, unprofessional, inappropriate behaviour with no accountability when called out on it. Owner has now edited his response to remove his previous rude response. I’m confident that if you are paying the owner he is delightful.
