What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw too many agencies either overcomplicating things or delivering short-term fixes that didn’t actually help businesses grow. Untapped was started to change that.
We wanted to create a studio that’s strategic, hands-on, and built around honest advice, sharp design, and reliable technology. One that helps clients get real results, not just pretty presentations.

Yes. Untapped often operates remotely. Our clients are based across the UK and beyond, and we can manage everything through video calls, collaborative tools, and clear documentation if needed. We are also happen to meeting in our HQ in London or come to see you!
You’ll get a dedicated point of contact, access to shared project spaces (Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Figma, etc.), and regular updates to keep everything moving smoothly. Whether it’s a small site or a complex platform build, we can handle the entire process remotely without missing a beat.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operate remotely when needed to keep clients safe. Our meetings, workshops, and reviews can all take place online, so we can keep projects running without face-to-face contact.
For clients with physical elements to their projects, like photoshoots or product handling, we work with trusted partners who follow strict hygiene protocols.
