After having gut issues for such a long period of time and losing confidence that it will ever be resolved, I finally found Lisa.
It has been great having someone who is knowledgeable, passionate and supportive guiding me on this journey to better health. I have slowly been able to incorporate different varieties of foods into my diet which have meant I have more energy and better bowel habits. This has been through advice in eliminating certain food groups, using a gut map to create my plates of food, some great meal plans and soup recipes so that I am able to still enjoy my food whilst being conscious of what I am putting into my mouth.
Lisa has also provided me with supplement suggestions so that I’m not overwhelmed by all the different ones you can get nowadays and ones that I will benefit from . She has also explained and created exercise plans that are suitable for my body, especially whilst carrying a sore ankle from tendonitis.
My goal was to ultimately fix my gut health whilst also being able to some lose weight. Slowly and steady I am on the right tracks to both.
