UK Loft Rooms provided efficient and quality service. We got a new hip to gable and dormer for our old house. Luke and Callum provided excellent service and build quality - Luke led the charge on our project and was great communicating and answering any questions we had. We did have some small issues with the build, in particular a leak due to the roof not fully being sealed caused a small damp in the loft, however within 30 minutes of noticing and reporting the issue to the team, the roofer arrived to fix the issue. Other than that they have been great. We definitely recommend the team, and in particular Luke and Cal for the any loft projects. More...

We have been very impressed by UK loft rooms, dan arrived on time and was very approachable and helpful in providing a quote and answering any questions.
The clear breakdown of costings and plan of works provided transparency and reassurance of the work being provided. Throughout dan has responded very quickly to question raised while the work undertaken.
The work itself has been carried out by luke and cal who were just amazing, they built three bedrooms and bathroom which is life changing for us in the time frame provided and during winter!

UK Loft Rooms provided a fully professional service from start to finish. There were no delays to the schedule and we couldn't believe the transformation of our Loft in just under 8 weeks. Communication was particularly good with regular daily WhatsApp pictures and videos of progress. We also found them to be competitive on price. Luke and Callum who led on the majority of the project were particularly great, always on time, no clocking off early, they even worked weekends when they needed to hit particular milestones on the project. Really nice guys. We would definitely use them again, shame they only do lofts! But have already recommended to a couple of local friends. More...

Love the new loft. We have had a pretty standard conversion and the team have been fantastic to work with. There was someone here everyday keeping us updated on progress and next steps and everything went fairly smoothly and in the time frames agreed. We used uk lofts rooms for a impulsive loft conversion, with no real idea of layout or design. We were able to change the layout as the project progressed and we got a feel for the space.
This was no trouble for the team.
Work started 4 weeks before schedule and was completed in about 7 weeks. We definitely would recommend this company.

UK Loft Rooms was one of many companies I spoke to before commissioning the work. Creating a loft space is a daunting challenge and I found that UK Loft Rooms made the process really simple and easy for me to understand.
They told me exactly what I needed to know and when payments were due. I felt in safe hands especially with the dedicated WhatsApp group that proved incredibly useful through the 6 week process. I admit to being a very fussy and over analytical but UK Loft Rooms valued my every question and I got all the answers I needed.
On to the build >> Once the work started we were naturally very excited. Hardly noticed anywho was working above as the guys were respectfully quiet and working from home was completely possible. I did however visit the loft space quite a lot during the build and was welcomed every time I went into the loft. I watched day by day the transformation and also had my own input to make changes. Any concern I thought of, the guys helped me understand and resolve. Our design was bold and had a lot of challenges with lots of specialist glass. For eg a 3m infinity glass balcony, sliding doors and a huge 3m roof glass. I was so impressed how all this got managed with cranes lorries and teams of people scattered around all doing something but totally managed. I would 100% totally and unequivocally recommend UK Loft Rooms. You won’t regret it. You know exactly what you’re getting and you’ll get exactly what you want. One last thing UK Loft Rooms were the cheapest quote in the market which worried me a little. I often think when something is cheaper. perhaps there is a catch something that was definitely NOT the case. Truly value for money.

Quote was competitive and was promised work would be done in 4-5 weeks. Other quotes had stated up to 12 weeks.
Work was completed on time to a high standard. All the tradesmen were polite and respectful along with clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend using this company and the trades again.
